Once your order has been placed and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.
You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same.
In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order tracking ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

No, it is not necessary to have an account to shop. You can just login to our website and can have a safe purchase. But there is an advantage in it while you login with your mail id, because the offer can hit at any point of time. Get a blink through your email and enjoy the offers.

You can check your order by using your tracking ID, which will be sent to your email account as soon as the product has been despatched from the respective.

Yes, it is safe. Because NEW DARLING uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.

Buyers can cancel the orders within one day of the order confirmation or before leaving our Warehouse. You can do so by calling us with the order number.

Products are shipped in packages with waterproof “NEW DARLING” printed plastic wrap.  Buyers can also rate on packaging quality.

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement within 4-5 days, a full refund will be provided by the seller once they receive the product.
You must notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped at the time or within 48 hours of the receipt of the product through a call or through mail (ph. Number & mail id mentioned in the product label).
You need to return all its original packaging and accessories and included with the products delivered.

While products damaged from the customer point & during offers time you cannot return your products.
